Group members gain insight into how they relate to others, as well as how to change their relationships so they feel more secure, confident and emotionally available. These skills can be readily transferred to their work and personal relationships. Studies find that group therapy is typically as effective as individual therapy and often offers superior to support and social learning. Currently, there is an opening for a new group member in the Wednesday Morning group. This is an ongoing process-based group that currently meets weekly over Zoom. It will meet in downtown San Francisco at 870 Market Street at the stay-at-home order is lifted.
